convenient access to metro, proximity to Namdaemun Market, effectively maintained heating system
The lack of flat shelf space made unpacking a hassle!!! The room size was quite cramped, leaving little room to move. It would be a welcome change to offer better luggage support given the absence of an elevator!!!

The room offered exceptional cleanliness and a cozy bed. The tiny space felt cramped for a longer stay.

The food scene was absolutely thrilling! I indulged in the street fare on Myeongdong street market, savoring every bite from dumplings to hearty soups. The hotel's central location made exploring a breeze, and the staff were endlessly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay.
Now, getting to the hotel was a bit of a scavenger hunt, but it turned out to be a hidden gem close to everything. Sure, the room didn't have a window and was nestled in an alley, but with the vibrant city just steps away, who needs a view?

exceptional service for first-time visitors while enjoying convenient luggage storage to ease travel stress
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping us navigate our first trip to Korea and providing excellent directions and assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and featured an efficient AC system, which made our stay even better.

The location is exceptional, nestled conveniently near the subway and popular attractions like the walking streets and N Seoul Tower. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed even with a slight language barrier. The amenities in the room, such as toiletries and comfortable beds, added to the convenience. However, the room size felt cramped for my group, and the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage up to the upper floors a bit challenging. Overall, it’s a great spot with a few areas for improvement.

The big bathroom was impressive, and I loved how I could leave my luggage after check-out. The quiet alley location was perfect, just steps from public transport! I felt like an extra special guest during my stay.

Family with children suitable
I loved the personal touch of fresh flowers on the dresser! My kids also enjoyed the mini fridge where we kept snacks for late-night munchies.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.

Just a fine choice for a short-term stay in Seoul with great value-to-price ratio. The staff were really helpful when I needed some local recommendations, which made exploring the area much easier. Try to book a room on a lower floor if you have a lot of luggage as the elevator is a bit limited.

The staff consistently exceeded expectations with their friendliness and readiness to assist, particularly when we arrived hours before check-in and were given our room immediately. The location was a fantastic base, making it easy to explore key tourist areas and access the metro line within a couple of minutes. However, the room was quite small, which was as expected, but the confusion over the availability of a shower had me bracing for less convenience than what actually turned out to be the case. Despite its cozy size, the room was bright and well-maintained, contributing positively to our overall experience.
